Don Stylers Gym (The Old Infectious Disease Hospital)

On our first vist to the location we had planned to carry out vigils in both of the main buildings, but there was so much interaction in the first room we went in that we spent the whole night in the one location.
We started off the evening by setting up some cameras and recording gear then we all sat round a large table just calling out, the energy levels in the room were great, several of the group heard a Childs laugh, followed by footsteps running round the table, there were also lots of taps and a few of us could hear breathing coming from the corner of the room where we had set up a camera (which recorded the breathing).
The main highlight of the evening was a Ouija Board session with Don’s guide Balza, who took control of the board and introduced us to a land speed record attempt on the Ouija board, just keeping our fingers on the glass was a challenge.
We also had an infra red movement detector set up at the far end of the room which was triggered a couple of times in quick succession the camera which was situated near the sensor picked up a string of orbs and a mist but as I forgot the infra red lamps you can only just see them.
There were ten of us alltogether on our first visit, six from the group(James,Kayleigh,Julie,Anne,Hayley and myself), and we were joined by four girls who were visiting don.
Don and his girlfreind also joined us later on in the evening when we were doing some calling out and for the ouija board session which don opend up for us.
