Whilst all possible care is taken on investigations and all locations are checked during daylight hours prior to a night investigation accidents can happen,Plus Hampshire Shadow Chasers cannot control spirit parcipation in the investigation or control any incidents caused by spirits.
Most people think that spirits can't hurt you, well our reply is look at it this way, if an energy can knock,or throw things,or touch you ,what is stoping it from pushing you down say a flight of stairs,or causing you to fall.
We have had first hand experience of this happening and on one occasion a member of the group was quite badly hurt, it was our fault as we disobeyed the main rule for the location where this incident happend ...we split up.. and we had been warned not to.
That is why we have drawn up these Terms and Conditions.

By attending the investigation with Hampshire Shadow Chasers I State that I do so of my own free will, I also state that I fully understand locations can sometimes be hazadous and absolve Hampshier Shadow Chaseres of all Blame or Responsability should I have an accident whilst on the investigation,I also understand that I may not experience any paranormal activity whislt on the investigation,
